The stock exchange is a place or market where shares, stocks, bonds are bought & sold as a result of which a country’s capital is greatly mobilized & channelized. It effectively works for capital formation to give boost to a country’s economy & it becomes its economic barometer. Poor show of the stock exchange indicates weak shape of economy, stunted production, poor job market, low consumers spending, depressing foreign investment, disappointing industrial growth, tumbling GDP, hopeless prices of consumer goods, unfavorable balance of payment. On the other hand, good performance shows the other way round. In short, it is the echo of a country’s economy.

The stock exchange facilitates a company to float its shares, that is, a company intending to sell its share to the public finds it easy to sell them through stock exchange.

The exchange also helps large investors to bring in their money and do business. It helps a common man to buy or sell their securities. He can buy shares to earn divided or sell them when he can fetch higher prices.

It works in such a natural way that blue chips companies & weak companies can easily be identified. Blue chips companies are those whose shares are easily & briskly bought & sold, have an upward trend in prices, and a sustained dividend payout records over years. Weak companies shares, on the other hand, are the ones that have poor demand & are not readily sold, unable to sell at good prices, and have poor dividend records over years. How to tell a good company from a bad one is their share prices quoted at the exchange.

The word “Marriage” is very common to hear in any home. Marriage is the best part of life when we start our new life journey, where everything is new and fresh to come in the life. Normally, people hate this word because they feel that marriage is only good for those people who are settle and earning well but its not true because marriage is the thing which starts the life with partner who can support each and everything in the life even in sad or happy.

Marriage life is not only depends on sexual life etc, its just part of that and marriage is not complete without that. Marriage life is the greatest part in the life ever. This stage of life teaches  us what is the mean of life and what are the responsibilities of life and how to work on it and how to make up these things with partner.

Marriage life reminds us our childhood life because we think that how were we in childhood after seeing our kids etc. Normally, Husband and wife should be friends to understand each others for making successful marriage life and marriage life also shows us many our weakness and power which we have inside.

Married couple’s always found happiest life because they got the partner who can help and understand each others in the life and we also found unhappy marriage life but that happens because of misunderstanding of each others in small issues of life.

I am always favor of marriage life because this is the stage of life where we see everything of life very closely like, personal problems, family problems, personal love, love for partner, love for parents, love for kids etc. I always prayer for all human being who are married or unmarried, they all are should be happy and try to avoid small issues of life which creates many problems for good life.

South Asian Countries, its already known India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc, these are the countries where employee faces many problems to develop their career life because in South Asian Countries, biggest problem is that high rank employee or you can say executive level people never see their lower employee comes on their level as early as possible.

Normally, In these countries, couples of things are very common and being used since past because people are used to with that, just like making friendship with higher management for going forward in the management system of Company, Politics in Office, its very common things nowadays without this you can’t suffer a year in a company if you are not part of that. If you are part of this Politics system (group) so nothing is impossible for you in the office because your all problems will be solve as earliest being part of this Politics system.

Executive Level Employee, sometimes you can find good nature people in this Level but only 5% and 95% are not good as I have experience of that. End of each year people see their Executive Level People real natural habit and etc because of evaluation in the company. You can say that they are also working for their family etc and saving their job being doing these cheap activities. After that couple of employee disappointed with their yearly evaluation (company yearly appraisal) that’s why they start trying to move other company.

When it comes for Solution, Company should hire Executive level people by their skills and ability and don’t give them any chance for making any group etc for cheap activities which destroy the company environment and monitor each and everything of every employee even all rank of employee A to Z level’s and try to give chance for skillful people for this level. Normally, people says, its impossible but try it with good faith and plan, Inshallah result will be positive.

Short Story Drama – 1 : Young Boy Loves for Family

This is story of a boy who is planned his future other country not home town but his family values and importance can’t leave him to be there.

A boy, his name was Ali, who belong to middle class family and his dad was govt. servant but his dad was going to retired after 2 months, so Ali was working guy, well educated person and he loved his family but he did not show off his feeling to family how much he loved them but his dad and some family member felt that Ali did not need us that’s why he needed to go out of country but that was a not reason, Ali wanted to go other country because he wanted to support his family financially but no one understand him. Once Ali was talking with friend who was working in China after couple of minutes his friend offered him to come there for visit and tried your luck and Ali replied after some minutes ok I would. After some days Ali talked with brother I wanted to go china for visit because my friend was also there and I would afford that. His brother replied ok I would convey Dad, you did not worry about that so Ali arranged everything and visit there but nothing happen and he came back. Ali started his life same place for being coming normal life but after 2 months he received a Email to come China for interview, he didn’t reply that mail after 2 days he got a call from there then  he again made a plan for going China for interview and again nothing happen but someone offered him for 2 years visa, he didn’t acceptable because he said, I came here for supporting my family, not family support me for being here but that was not real reason, real reason was, he was missing his family value and those moments which he spent then he thought I can also earn good at my place so why I stayed here. I should go but he saw a girl(Sarah) at Library who impressed him well so Ali started taking interest to her but that was not go for long time relation after some days Ali got break up with her because ali was homesick and missing his family, Ali always went out on his family member’s memories etc so Sarah was going away from him being of these reasons.  After a week again they met somewhere Sarah offered Ali for job at his dad office and also propose for marry but after some thinking Ali said no…I wanted my family because I could not live without them so please moved away from here etc. Ali came back and started a normal life again after some days Sarah came his place for him because Sarah loved him very much so it was going on on…after that both got married and after 3 years they went china, settle their life there and living their life happily…………………
