Articles : 10 : Office Life in South Asian Countries

South Asian Countries, its already known India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc, these are the countries where employee faces many problems to develop their career life because in South Asian Countries, biggest problem is that high rank employee or you can say executive level people never see their lower employee comes on their level as early as possible.

Normally, In these countries, couples of things are very common and being used since past because people are used to with that, just like making friendship with higher management for going forward in the management system of Company, Politics in Office, its very common things nowadays without this you can’t suffer a year in a company if you are not part of that. If you are part of this Politics system (group) so nothing is impossible for you in the office because your all problems will be solve as earliest being part of this Politics system.

Executive Level Employee, sometimes you can find good nature people in this Level but only 5% and 95% are not good as I have experience of that. End of each year people see their Executive Level People real natural habit and etc because of evaluation in the company. You can say that they are also working for their family etc and saving their job being doing these cheap activities. After that couple of employee disappointed with their yearly evaluation (company yearly appraisal) that’s why they start trying to move other company.

When it comes for Solution, Company should hire Executive level people by their skills and ability and don’t give them any chance for making any group etc for cheap activities which destroy the company environment and monitor each and everything of every employee even all rank of employee A to Z level’s and try to give chance for skillful people for this level. Normally, people says, its impossible but try it with good faith and plan, Inshallah result will be positive.
