Article : 17 : Three Stages of Life

Three stages of life is already understood that school life, college\university life and working life. These are stages of life which everybody has and make that as better as they can.

School Life :

It’s a greatest part and starting of life when we come out from home life. In this stage we make many memories which are never be forgettable in all the life, like school classes, school friends, school teachers, school pen name\nick name and many more others funs of school life which are memorable all the time in our life.

College \ University Life :

This stage of life start teaching us how to deal the life and we learn many professional things. College \ University life is the last stage of education life after that we don’t get these kinds of gathering or fun but these moments always remind us every time in the life. University life makes many great friendships which we have lifetime for supporting each others.

“Life never seems to be the way we want it but we

   perfect but we fill our life with perfect moments.”

Working Life :

Stage of responsibilities life, normally, we see happy faces of working people life but we never feel that what they are suffering even employee or employer because this stage of life is full of tension and risky life stage. Everybody is running so fast for earning money even positive or negative way for their family and they know that nothing is bigger than family in the life. Working life is the hardest and enjoyable life stage which teach us each and everything of life and that’s why people called its practical life. Working life, we can face many problems for getting something but we need to face it with positively because we need to be patient and mature for dealing this world.  

Article : 16 : Mobile Phone

Mobile phone, it’s a very useful technology in this era and it solved many communication problems of this era. There are some of advantages and disadvantages of Mobile phone.

Advantages:

Mobile phone is very common in our life and its very much useful communication technology. Many companies use this system for their marketing activities for getting market audiences to get in touch with it. This technology is also helpful for family life and their members because nowadays, everywhere you find violence in all around the world so it helps us whenever we are out of home and our family members also comfortable with this technology system. Its very easy to use for all ages and we find everything in one box which is called mobile phone. We get all kinds of entertainment activities in it like video, music, photo gallery, texting system, email and a lot of others things.

Disadvantages:

This Era, Mobile phone is being used in negative works specially of south Asian countries. This technology is used in criminal activities easily like target killing, bomb blast, kidnapping people and many more, these are dangerous for us that we should use it in positive ways. Nowadays, teenagers use this technology very carelessly and there are many side effects of that because kids give more time on mobile phone instead of study and working people also involve in these kinds of activities by this technology. This is very amazed to see that people using this system very comfortably in their life even in usage of positive or negative ways.

We should try to focus on this technology in positive sense which is very good for us and we should also teach and help our kids or teenagers for usage of this technology and we also try to convey them when and where we use because its very useful for all ages in this era without this we will face many problems in this modern era.    

Article : 15 : Family

Family, one of the biggest gift from Allah (God). Everybody loves their own family members because only family is that who’s always stand for us in any kind of support in the life even in happiness or sad.

This modern Era, mostly people have couple of problems with their elder family members because they feel that their elders don’t like them and  not allow them to live freedom life then they fed up with old life style and try to move somewhere else for getting freedom life but they never feel that what they are missing and support of elders which is very much important for family life.

Family Love, it loves when little daughter puts all her energy to give her daddy a head massage to relief headache, it loves when brother plays with the pony of sister, it loves when mother gives the best piece of chicken to you, it loves when sister does all the works for her brother, it loves when father holds your hand tightly on a road for your protection. Family love is, actually a name of care.

We should try to give the value to family because family is our everything’s and rest of things are just temporary in the life. Family teaches us the value of living in society etc and we also feel that and always care of our relationships without this, family is not complete. We will get any success in the life but biggest success is to maintain and care of family life as long as we can.

Article : 14 : Usage of Internet in this ERA

This is very important topic to we talk about because this era usage of internet becoming more negative sense and there are many misuse of this technology system.

We are using this just for being time pass and negative ways. We are using all kinds of websites, applications etc but we don’t know what is the purpose of that, why it made and we are using that in useless ways like, talking people unlimited time, browsing porn websites, adult talk websites many more which are not acceptable for teenagers but we are using these kinds of things very confidently.

When it comes social media websites, like Twitter, Facebook, Google plus, Hi5, Myspace etc. Actually, most of people do not know what is the purpose of that and just using fun activities and there are many bad activities things are involve etc like fake accounts, spamming, online fraud system, hacking system and a lot of others negative things and we are glad to hear that from anyone that we have id’s in all social media websites but they all are just show off nothing else. One person has multiple Id’s with different names, how disgusting is that when they say this.

One of the biggest problems and misuse of internet is using porn websites with downloading the files into PC (Laptop) and our elders never feel that to check out kids PC (Laptop) that what they do. Nowadays, mostly people are bank account hacker and they are getting much amount (money) being doing these cheap activities.

Finally, I have a request to all elder members of every family, please check out your kids even boy or girl what they are doing most of time on internet and note their daily activities and try to understand them what is the good usage of that.

Article : 13 : Stock Exchange

The stock exchange is a place or market where shares, stocks, bonds are bought & sold as a result of which a country’s capital is greatly mobilized & channelized. It effectively works for capital formation to give boost to a country’s economy & it becomes its economic barometer. Poor show of the stock exchange indicates weak shape of economy, stunted production, poor job market, low consumers spending, depressing foreign investment, disappointing industrial growth, tumbling GDP, hopeless prices of consumer goods, unfavorable balance of payment. On the other hand, good performance shows the other way round. In short, it is the echo of a country’s economy.

The stock exchange facilitates a company to float its shares, that is, a company intending to sell its share to the public finds it easy to sell them through stock exchange.

The exchange also helps large investors to bring in their money and do business. It helps a common man to buy or sell their securities. He can buy shares to earn divided or sell them when he can fetch higher prices.

It works in such a natural way that blue chips companies & weak companies can easily be identified. Blue chips companies are those whose shares are easily & briskly bought & sold, have an upward trend in prices, and a sustained dividend payout records over years. Weak companies shares, on the other hand, are the ones that have poor demand & are not readily sold, unable to sell at good prices, and have poor dividend records over years. How to tell a good company from a bad one is their share prices quoted at the exchange.

Fashion dress, one of the finest thing in this modern era. Everybody loves fashion dress even men, women, boys or girls etc. This is trend for being look good in any way of life and its very important as well in this era.

Wearing stylist clothes for male and female is passion to adopt the things with fancy and fashion dress to carry out that. In all over the world fashion industry is the one of richest industry right now which is developing day by day with reliable profitable  business in the world market.

Fashion dress, people already understood fashion world life where the life of color theme’s which attract the people to fellow on that ever in dress, bags, footwear etc. Normally, every body wants special dress for special events like “wedding” wedding dress, “birthday” birthday dress “teenage party” teenage dress and some of others special parties dresses. Fashion wear always create beauty of life with wearing reliable things.

Nowadays, All human being is crazy of fashion wear either you are living in Europe or Asia or Africa etc, because fashion is the need of people because without fashion, people don’t like you even when it comes dress (clothes). This is the main key of life specially, female life. 

Female is born for fashion and die for fashion of this era female because female is the beauty of life for everybody even you are male or female because it catches you by her beauty. Fashion is always grow the things with actively according to the trend and fashionable dress is the key part of that to increase its value to others.

Article : 11 : Marriage

The word “Marriage” is very common to hear in any home. Marriage is the best part of life when we start our new life journey, where everything is new and fresh to come in the life. Normally, people hate this word because they feel that marriage is only good for those people who are settle and earning well but its not true because marriage is the thing which starts the life with partner who can support each and everything in the life even in sad or happy.

Marriage life is not only depends on sexual life etc, its just part of that and marriage is not complete without that. Marriage life is the greatest part in the life ever. This stage of life teaches  us what is the mean of life and what are the responsibilities of life and how to work on it and how to make up these things with partner.

Marriage life reminds us our childhood life because we think that how were we in childhood after seeing our kids etc. Normally, Husband and wife should be friends to understand each others for making successful marriage life and marriage life also shows us many our weakness and power which we have inside.

Married couple’s always found happiest life because they got the partner who can help and understand each others in the life and we also found unhappy marriage life but that happens because of misunderstanding of each others in small issues of life.

I am always favor of marriage life because this is the stage of life where we see everything of life very closely like, personal problems, family problems, personal love, love for partner, love for parents, love for kids etc. I always prayer for all human being who are married or unmarried, they all are should be happy and try to avoid small issues of life which creates many problems for good life.

Articles : 10 : Office Life in South Asian Countries

South Asian Countries, its already known India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc, these are the countries where employee faces many problems to develop their career life because in South Asian Countries, biggest problem is that high rank employee or you can say executive level people never see their lower employee comes on their level as early as possible.

Normally, In these countries, couples of things are very common and being used since past because people are used to with that, just like making friendship with higher management for going forward in the management system of Company, Politics in Office, its very common things nowadays without this you can’t suffer a year in a company if you are not part of that. If you are part of this Politics system (group) so nothing is impossible for you in the office because your all problems will be solve as earliest being part of this Politics system.

Executive Level Employee, sometimes you can find good nature people in this Level but only 5% and 95% are not good as I have experience of that. End of each year people see their Executive Level People real natural habit and etc because of evaluation in the company. You can say that they are also working for their family etc and saving their job being doing these cheap activities. After that couple of employee disappointed with their yearly evaluation (company yearly appraisal) that’s why they start trying to move other company.

When it comes for Solution, Company should hire Executive level people by their skills and ability and don’t give them any chance for making any group etc for cheap activities which destroy the company environment and monitor each and everything of every employee even all rank of employee A to Z level’s and try to give chance for skillful people for this level. Normally, people says, its impossible but try it with good faith and plan, Inshallah result will be positive.
