Main purpose of using these programs.
1 - Microsoft Word, this program is
used for documentation works which we normally see in offices and student
assignment etc but couple of people use this program for multi function (task)
which this application does not support so kindly use this application for
documentation work not else. its very comfortable for user.
2 - Microsoft Excel, this program
is used for calculation system like making any mark sheet, account related works,
statistics \ mathematics calculation works etc like that. MS Excel is more
active & relevant application program for controlling small level business
system.
3 - Microsoft PowerPoint, this
program is used for Presentation for any kind of marketing product’s for
company’s, we can also say that its used for Company & Assignment base
presentation because it gives more attractively for the presentation to
represent it very smoothly.
4 - Microsoft Access, this program is used for
small level database system, sometimes its also need of SQL (Structure Query
Language) help for making more strong \ secure database system. Normally, small
& middle level business (trader) use this application for maintaining this
record of their office & business activities. MS Access is most important part
of Microsoft Office, which has many technicalities for working on it.
These are main programs (application’s) of Microsoft Office, which are very famous & used in many places for general and professional base. Every program has its own specific part and work which we can perform on it.
